Opticare was feeling the squeeze from the bigger brands and knew they needed to change their marketing strategy – in particular improve their online presence to increase in-store footfall for a younger, more affluent demographic.

The new website

Initially, we were contracted to redesign their website, to reflect their desired target customer, without alienating the existing loyal customer base. The new website conveys their professionalism, medical knowledge and investment in cutting-edge optical technology, with their friendly and approachable family-run business.

This has since moved to a monthly ongoing business relationship, with more focus on SEO to increase traffic and website visitor engagement.
